IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Nuts

All cookies are prepared in a kitchen that handles nuts and treenuts, including but not limited to peanuts, pistachio, and walnuts. Care is taken to ensure the risk of cross contamination is minimized, however we strongly suggest reading the full ingredient list before ordering.

Shipping

We offer nationwide shipping, and dispatch on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. You can view our full shipping policy below. Unfortunately at this stage we do not ship outside New Zealand. 

Best Before

Since we do not use preservatives, our cookies are best enjoyed as soon as possible. We recommend you consume them within one week. Keeping them sealed and stored in a cool dry place will keep them fresh for as long as possible.

Freezing

We suggest consuming our cookies within one week, however if you wish to save them for later you may freeze them. If this is the case, pop them in your freezer as soon as you receive them where they can stay for up to 2 months. 

Allergens

All our cookie flavours contain egg and butter. All cookies contain gluten except our gluten free cookie. Some cookie flavours contain nuts, treenuts and soy. If you have any allergies, including nut allergies, please view the full ingredient list before ordering.

Heating

While not necessary, we recommend slightly heating your cookies in the microwave for just 10 - 15 seconds directly before consumption. You can't beat a warm, gooey cookie!

SHIPPING INFO

We ship our 6 packs of cookies nationwide. Unfortunately at this stage we do not offer shipping outside of New Zealand.

 

Shipping is charged at a flat rate per 6 pack of cookies of $12 Nationwide. Rural shipping is available at an additional cost, which will be calculated at checkout. Please allow extra time for rural deliveries.

 

Orders placed on a Sunday night will be shipped on Tuesdays & Wednesdays. Upon your order being dispatched, you will receive a tracking email to the email address you provided.

REFUND POLICY

All sales are final, and we do not issue refunds in the event of change of mind.

 

If you receive your order and find that the product is either the incorrect product or there is something wrong with the product, please send images that clearly show the issue to hello@thecookietrader.co.nz. If you have fully consumed the product and then start a claim, we won't be able to process a refund or replacement as no evidence was provided.

 

If you have any other issues with your order please email hello@thecookietrader.co.nz as soon as possible. Include as much information as possible including your order number, date of order, delivery date etc.

 

Please note that it is your responsibility to provide the correct delivery information at the checkout. If you don't receive your delivery because you provided the wrong delivery address, we cannot issue you a refund.
