All sales are final, and we do not issue refunds in the event of change of mind.

If you receive your order and find that the product is either the incorrect product or there is something wrong with the product, please send images that clearly show the issue to hello@thecookietrader.co.nz. If you have fully consumed the product and then start a claim, we won't be able to process a refund or replacement as no evidence was provided.

If you have any other issues with your order please email hello@thecookietrader.co.nz as soon as possible. Include as much information as possible including your order number, date of order, delivery date etc.

Please note that it is your responsibility to provide the correct delivery information at the checkout. If you don't receive your delivery because you provided the wrong delivery address, we cannot issue you a refund.

We ship our packs of cookies nationwide. Unfortunately at this stage we do not offer shipping outside of New Zealand. Shipping is charged at a flat rate per pack of cookies of $8 nationwide. Rural shipping is available at an additional cost, which will be calculated at checkout. Please allow extra time for rural deliveries. 

We dispatch our cookies on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. We aim to dispatch all orders the same or following working day. Orders placed between Fridays and Mondays will be shipped on Tuesdays. To have your order sent by the weekend it must be placed by 2pm on Thursdays. Upon your order being dispatched, you will receive a tracking email to the email address you provided. Our courier partner's target delivery is next business day for business and residential addresses. In the event of disruptions to the courier network, shipping may take an additional business day.
