Please note, our gluten free cookies contain only ingredients free from gluten. Gluten free cookies are prepared in a kitchen that also handles gluten, however care is taken and measures are in place to reduce the risk of cross contamination.
All sales are final, and we do not issue refunds in the event of change of mind.
If you receive your order and find that the product is either the incorrect product or there is something wrong with the product, please send images that clearly show the issue to hello@thecookietrader.co.nz. If you have fully consumed the product and then start a claim, we won't be able to process a refund or replacement as no evidence was provided.
If you have any other issues with your order please email hello@thecookietrader.co.nz as soon as possible. Include as much information as possible including your order number, date of order, delivery date etc.
Please note that it is your responsibility to provide the correct delivery information at the checkout. If you don't receive your delivery because you provided the wrong delivery address, we cannot issue you a refund.
